Plot Twist: They’re in Charge Now
We’ve got some exciting team news to share, with three well-deserved promotions across DCA Architects of Transformation.
Nandia Lines and James West have become shareholders in DCA and will now take on the roles of Principal Partners. It’s a significant step that recognises the huge contribution they continue to make to the practice, our projects and our people.
Both Nandia and James have played an important part in shaping DCA’s growth and direction, and as Principal Partners they’ll take on an even greater role in helping lead the business and shape what comes next.
We’re also stoked to announce Daniel Bristow-Smith as our new Hawke’s Bay Team Leader. Daniel brings plenty of experience, a collaborative approach and a real commitment to the team and the region. He’ll be taking a lead role in the Hawke’s Bay studio while continuing to support teams, projects and relationships across all of DCA’s studios.
These promotions are a great reflection of the strength of the people we have across DCA and the opportunities within the practice to grow, lead and have a real influence on where we’re heading.
