Making Waves
We’re honoured to be designing a refreshed, modern Executive Office Building for the American Samoa Government. A workplace redesigned to be better aligned to departmental needs by supporting greater efficiency, collaboration, staff wellbeing, and service to the wider community.
For this project, we are working closely with government representatives, staff, and stakeholders to deeply understand their workflows, cultural priorities, and aspirations.
The project reflects DCA’s defining “With, Together, For” co-design approach, ensuring the Executive Office Building is not simply a workplace, but a space of belonging, identity, and purpose. By listening to voices across the organisation, we have woven culture, people, and place into the design, shaping an outcome that will be truly fit for the staff and community it serves.
